ABOUT ALABAMA ASSEMBLY

The Alabama Assembly is the official state-level government information site. Our platform aims to provide comprehensive information about the assembly and its members. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for the public to engage with the assembly through events and discussions. This space is dedicated to keeping the citizens informed about the workings of the assembly and to encourage active participation in the state's governance.

We strive to provide a platform for constructive dialogue and collaboration, promoting informed decision-making and active civic engagement.

IMPORTANT:

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPERWORK

Follow these steps to begin the process of correcting your status:

  1. Visit https://members.americanstatenationals.us/ to determine what document package you want, pay for your package and follow the directions on entering your information online, print out your documents and have them notarized locally (most banks will provide this service free for their customers).

  2. Include a copy of your birth certificate and your contact information (phone number and email address) along with your documents.

  3. SEND ALL documents at one time to the recorder to expedite your process.

  4. Send your contact information: phone number and email address

    NOTE: SEND DOCUMENTS WITH A LARGE, SELF-ADDRESSED AND POSTAGE PAID RETURN ENVELOPE SO THEY CAN BE SAFELY RETURNED TO YOU FOR YOUR RECORDS AND SAFE-KEEPING.


You will be contacted by your recording secretary once your packet is received, and you will be sent an email with helpful links to begin your process of becoming an American State National in the Alabama Assembly.


NOTE: THE COST TO SCAN AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTS IS $70.00
